Job description

Our client is an exciting, growing Energy, Renewables, Power, and Utilities Recruitment business. They have experienced strong growth over the last 3 years, even in this tough market.

Recently opened offices in the US and are now looking for strong leadership to join the business at either an Associate Director or Director level. The role involves heading up an Energy and Utilities Recruitment team, which currently has just under 5 members, with the aim to build this team further.

You will motivate and drive the team, leading by example with your sector knowledge and commitment. The company is willing to invest in the team and business, offering an outstanding OTE and the possibility of options for future wealth creation.

A strong understanding and success record within Energy and Utilities recruitment is essential, along with a proven track record of exceeding targets. While this role is hands-on due to the company's size, you will also contribute to strategy and continuous improvement initiatives.
