We are seeking an Associate Director/Director, Corporate Tax to lead our Corporate Tax team in London. Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex Corporate Tax engagements, overseeing compliance and ensuring adherence to legislation.
• Provide strategic tax advice on various corporate transactions.
• Drive business development through client pitches, thought leadership, and industry events.
• Mentor and develop the Corporate Tax team, fostering a culture of learning.
• Manage relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying growth opportunities.

Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience

• CTA/ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with substantial post-qualification experience.
• Proven leadership in managing complex tax engagements and advising at a senior level.
• Strong business development skills and ability to generate new business.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
• Outstanding project management capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
