Job Description:

A leading law firm in Jersey is seeking an experienced Associate Director or Director to join its Structured Finance team.

The role involves working closely with the Head of the Structured Finance department on the development and management of structured finance corporate services in Jersey. Responsibilities include managing client services in alignment with the firm's vision, values, and strategy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and adhering to best practices in corporate governance. The role also requires managing the day-to-day activities of the structured finance team, including timely and accurate work, meeting deadlines, managing work-in-progress and debt, and maintaining consistent client service levels while addressing any issues promptly.

Qualifications include proven senior-level corporate administration experience and a relevant professional qualification such as CGI, STEP, or ACCA. The candidate should have highly-developed skills in risk identification, particularly foreign tax risk, fiduciary risk, and financial crime risk, with proven experience in managing such risks.
