Job Description:

TalentPool Supply Chain is proud to partner with an International Drinks Business, a globally recognized name in the FMCG industry, to find a high-caliber Associate Director – Demand Planning. This is a strategic role, critical in shaping the demand planning for the GB and EU business area.

The role connects Commercial, Finance, and Supply Chain functions, leading IBP and S&OP processes to ensure accurate demand signals that support commercial goals, improve service, and optimize costs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Ownership: Develop and implement UK demand planning strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of demand planning professionals, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• S&OP Stewardship: Chair monthly Demand Review meetings, align demand with Sales and Finance, and manage risks and opportunities proactively.
• Forecasting Excellence: Improve forecast accuracy and bias reduction using data insights and advanced tools.
• Process Innovation: Enhance IBP systems and planning capabilities, promote standardization, and share knowledge across markets.

Candidate Profile:

• Senior experience in Demand Planning and S&OP within FMCG (Essential)
• Proven leadership and stakeholder influence skills
• Strong commercial understanding of supply-demand dynamics
• Analytical skills with advanced Excel/PowerPoint and planning systems
• Degree qualified; additional qualifications in supply chain or business are a plus
