As a Delay Analyst, you will provide clients with accurate claims advice based on detailed forensic examination and analysis of project data. You must be proficient in delay analysis techniques and skilled in preparing and presenting complex delay claims.

This is a consultancy role requiring effective client-facing skills. You will need to work hard and perform well, with a clear route to a director role within a leading construction consultancy.

Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the preparation or defense of extension of time claims
  • Carrying out delay analysis with minimal supervision
  • Providing reasoned advice on dispute resolution procedures based on project circumstances
  • Collaborating with the management team across Systech's international offices
  • Advising on dispute avoidance and resolution strategies
  • Being proactive and overcoming obstacles to achieve success
Requirements:
  • Degree in a construction-related field
  • Understanding of current construction methodologies
  • Knowledge of delay analysis methods
  • Familiarity with contract conditions and law in construction
