Join our talented team as an Associate Director in Dams and Reservoirs, playing a vital role in engineering projects for critical UK infrastructure and international iconic projects. We specialise in all aspects of dams and reservoir engineering across sectors such as Water, Aviation, Energy, and Cities & Development. We provide industry-leading solutions throughout the project lifecycle, including client-side support and construction phases. Opportunities are available in our offices in Epsom, Bristol, Swansea, Manchester, and Glasgow.

Your Purpose:
  • Lead and manage technical design teams following relevant standards and quality levels.
  • Define project briefs, scopes of work, and contribute to bid proposals.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
  • Collaborate with UK and overseas teams to deliver integrated design solutions.
  • Establish quality assurance standards in design.
  • Develop and manage dam and reservoir engineering capabilities within the practice.
What you can bring:
  • Chartered Civil Engineer.
  • Currently or working towards being a Reservoir Supervising Engineer.
  • Experience in multidisciplinary design delivery.
  • Knowledge of hydraulic and geotechnical engineering related to dams and reservoirs.
  • Deep understanding of UK design standards, guidance, and the Reservoirs Act.
