Accounting/ Management Consultancy

You will come from a Consulting or Accounting background and have experience selling Cyber Assurance solutions to end customers, you must be confident dealing with/ selling into CISO/ CIO and CEO's for VC backed companies across the UK.

Ideally from a Big 6 Consulting firm, Cyber Consulting firm, where you are cross selling or winning new business.

We’re looking for an Associate Director to lead the charge in delivering high-impact cyber solutions, strengthening client relationships, and unlocking new opportunities in the market.

In this strategic role, you’ll play a key part in advising organisations on cyber security strategy, resilience, and emerging technologies — while helping them navigate risk with confidence. You'll also focus on identifying client needs, developing tailored solutions, and converting them into lasting partnerships.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading and coaching expert teams to deliver high-quality cyber risk assurance and advisory services.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, helping them address evolving cyber threats and compliance challenges.
• Owning and growing key client relationships, ensuring services add value and drive measurable results.
• Shaping and presenting compelling solutions that meet client needs — from strategy and governance to cutting-edge technologies like AI and blockchain.
• Driving business development efforts, from identifying opportunities to developing proposals and leading bid responses.
• Supporting the ongoing evolution of cyber capabilities, ensuring high standards of quality, innovation, and delivery.

What we’re looking for:

• Extensive experience delivering cyber security advisory and assurance services in a professional services or consulting environment.
• A strong track record of winning new business and growing existing accounts.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence at C-suite and board levels.
• Experience delivering services such as virtual CISO, security strategy, controls design, and compliance advisory.
• Strong commercial awareness, with a solutions-oriented mindset and entrepreneurial drive.
• Passionate about technology, cyber risk, and creating value through innovative thinking.
