Job summary

Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) in London seeks an experienced Associate Director to join the Change the Bank team within Transaction Services. You will drive business analysis across Clearing, Settlement and Middle Office initiatives, focusing on process improvements and scalable solutions.

The role requires strong BA practice, proficiency with downstream/upstream applications, and collaboration with Operations, Technology and business units. Office-based at 100 Bishopsgate with 4 days on site.

Qualifications

• In-depth experience as a Business Analyst within capital markets.
• Proven BA experience with medium to large Agile projects.
• Strong deliverable experience with PMP/SDLC artifacts.

Responsibilities

• Provide BA expertise to enable project execution.
• Identify process improvements and drive standardisation.
• Document requirements, UAT strategies and test cases.
• Collaborate with Operations, Technology and Business teams.
• Maintain concise updates to CTB Leadership and Project Manager.
• Build long-term relationships across RBC.
