Turner & Townsend is a leading consultancy in the Energy & Natural Resources sector. We are recruiting an Associate Director, Senior Cost Manager / Commercial Manager to take a lead role.

We seek an experienced individual with extensive cost management expertise, ready to apply their knowledge in a dynamic environment. The candidate should be comfortable with challenging conversations and have a consultative approach to team and client management.

MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE:

• The Associate Director acts as the Commission Manager, overseeing end-to-end service delivery, especially for large or complex commissions.
• Serve as the primary client interface, ensuring objectives are met through value-added cost management services.

Qualifications

• Proven procurement or commercial management experience
• Preferably MRICS or MCIPS
• Experience with various contract and commercial models
• Experience working on major programs and projects
• Experience in the Energy and Natural Resources sector (Nuclear, T&D, Renewables, Conventional Energy)
• Leadership and team management experience
