Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking an Associate Director within the Cost Intelligence and Estimating team. You will lead the delivery of high-quality estimating and cost intelligence for major projects across infrastructure and the built environment.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in the water or energy sectors, strong leadership abilities, and will provide technical expertise throughout the full project lifecycle. Flexible hybrid working arrangements are offered along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Deep technical estimating expertise required.
• Ability to lead complex commissions and build client relationships.
• Experience in cost and commercial management at a senior level.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of high-quality estimating and cost intelligence services.
• Provide technical leadership across the full project lifecycle.
• Develop and mentor a team while ensuring high standards of delivery.
