This rare and exciting career opportunity has come to market due to impressive growth plans over the next 1/3/5 years. It is a great role for a confident, self motivated and career focused Corporate Finance Associate Director who is looking for a challenging new role in the exciting world of M&A

As an experienced Associate Director, you will be responsible for -

• End-to-end M&A transactions, including deal structuring, financial analysis, due diligence, and negotiation.
• Originating new business from networking events / internal referrals.
• Mid market, sub £100 million
• Predominantly sell side
• Lead and mentor junior team members.

In order to secure this great role you will have -

• A solid background in Lead Advisory where you have been responsible for originating work / business development
• Experience working across a range of industries
• Proven end to end deal experience
