Our client is seeking a Corporate Finance Senior Manager/AD (M&A), to join their London office.

Our client is a well established firm who are in significant growth phase.

They have a strong TS team and are now in the process of growing their M&A division. It's not often a role comes up where you can genuinely help shape your own team and CF direction.

This is a great opportunity to join at time when you can grow, with the direct support of seasoned Partners and have plenty of room to progress your career.

Sector Agnostic, Buy and Sell Side - 1m-100m

Your responsibilities will include;

• Managing deals, generally £1m-100m, working with a number of substantial firms, Private Equity funds and OMB's
• Project managing transactions to ensure the deal processes are fulfilled
• Undertaking detailed research on companies, associated sectors and identifying potential transactions and potential investors/buyers
• Responsibility for project risk, issues and billing/cost recovery

As the successful candidate you will be expected to have;

• Worked in Corporate Finance (M&A) for at least c5 years
• Have a strong understanding of typical mid-market deal structures
