My client is an ambitious corporate finance advisory firm working with exceptional founder-led and private equity-backed businesses across the UK and internationally. They are growing growing fast - and they are hiring an Associate Director in Birmingham to play a key role in thier next phase.

You'll be advising clients directly - often founders and boards - on strategic transactions, working end-to-end on deals, and helping to build something truly exciting as they scale.
What you'll be doing:

• Taking the lead on M&A transactions from pitch to completion
• Managing clients, investors, and stakeholders with confidence
• Overseeing valuation, structuring, negotiation and execution
• Supporting and developing junior team members
