Job summary

Alexander Daniels Offshore Recruitment is supporting a global financial services leader in London to recruit an Associate Director for the Corporate Solutions / Real Assets team. You will oversee a large, high-performing team delivering company secretarial, corporate and fund administration services to UK unregulated Real Assets entities.

You will drive service excellence, manage risk and compliance, and participate in client engagement and cross-jurisdictional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Ten years+ experience in corporate or fund services.
• Strong knowledge of UK company law and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and inspire teams.

Job description

I'm currently supporting a global financial services leader in the search for an experienced Associate Director to join their Corporate Solutions / Real Assets team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a senior leadership role within a business known for its scale, ambition and commitment to innovation.

In this role, you'll take operational leadership of a large, high-performing team delivering company secretarial, corporate and fund administration services to a portfolio of UK unregulated Real Assets entities. You'll oversee day-to-day operations, drive service excellence, and act as a senior escalation point for clients and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include leading and developing the team, ensuring high-quality service delivery, managing risk and compliance obligations, and supporting wider business strategy. You'll also play a visible role in client engagement, new business proposals, and cross-jurisdictional collaboration. Acting as a director on client boards may also form part of the remit.

The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years' experience in corporate or fund services, strong technical knowledge of UK company law and regulatory requirements, and a proven ability to lead, motivate and inspire teams. A professional qualification such as CGI/ICSA is preferred.
