Job Description

We are delighted to be partnering with one of our repeat consultancy clients who are looking for an Associate Director to join their Project Management Team. Candidates need to have a track record of working on complex Hotel Refurbishments.

Candidates must have a proven track record delivering 4* or 5* Hotel complex refurbishment projects and ideally have knowledge or have previously worked on Listed Buildings.

To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following:

  • JCT Contract Administration experience
  • Have carried out the role of Employers Agent
  • Be able to demonstrate working in a "live environment"
  • Hotels experience ideally in 4*/5*
  • MRICS/MCIOB/MAPM Highly desirable or keen to become chartered.
  • Experience working for a Built Enviornment Consultancy, Hotelier or Developer

This role will be based in central London, with occasional travel to the site. Candidates will be expected to work full-time in office, with some degree of flexibility post-probation.

On offer is a basic salary of up to £90,000 plus benefits to include generous annual leave, private pension, bonus, life assurance and clear progression routes.
