Associate Director of Project Management - High-end refurb projects - London!

This is an opportunity to work as a lead Project Manager for one of London's fastest growing Project Manager teams.

Their main line of work for their Project Managers is refurb and regeneration works across high-end office, residential and retail sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead multiple cut & carve refurbishment projects from RIBA Stage 1–6.

- Manage client relationships and act as the principal point of contact.

- Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and stakeholders across complex programmes.

- Oversee planning, risk management, procurement, and contract administration (typically JCT or similar).

- Provide strategic input on feasibility, value engineering, and delivery phasing.

- Support junior team members and contribute to business development activity.
