Job summary

Turner & Townsend in London is seeking an Associate Director to join a dynamic, client-focused team working on large hotel conversions, residential and mixed-use schemes for renowned property developers. You will conduct research, establish processes, produce project plans, lead teams, monitor progress, document changes and prepare reports while liaising with clients, contractors and designers.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large, complex schemes in London.
• Strong client-facing and reporting abilities.
• Ideally professionally qualified in construction, project management, engineering, surveying or architecture.

We are looking for Associate Directors to join our dynamic, innovative and client-focused team. You will work on some of the most exciting projects in the world, involving large hotel conversions, superb residential projects, and high profile mixed use projects. You will work with leading property developer clients who invest in the capital.

This opportunity is open to Associate Directors who have the skills and experience to work and deliver some of London’s most interesting and complex schemes. You will be responsible for conducting research, establishing processes and systems, producing project plans, managing teams, monitoring and documenting project progress and changes, preparing communication materials and reports, liaising with the client, contractors and designers, and attending meetings.

• Successfully delivering the whole project or a large element of it
• Experience with working on projects of £20m++
• Ideally professionally qualified in one of the following fields: construction, project management, engineering, surveying or architecture
