A leading healthcare company in Weybridge is looking for an Associate Director, Clinical Research. The successful candidate will oversee the design and implementation of clinical strategies for medical devices. Ideal candidates will have over 8 years of experience in clinical research, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative environment. Qualifications

• Experience within the Pharmaceutical/CRO or Healthcare industry preferred.
• Consumer Health care experience is greatly preferred.
• Experience with Oral Health, Wellness, Pain relief or Respiratory is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Author the clinical development plan for assigned studies/projects.
• Design clinical strategies to support product innovation.
• Contribute clinical content to regulatory submissions.

Skills

Minimum 8 years’ experience in clinical research/drug development

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work in a multi-functional team

Excellent scientific writing skills

Proven ability to effectively liaise and influence
