Qualifications

  • Ingénieur civil agréé avec expérience en gestion de projets multidisciplinaires.

Bring your skills to the mix as an Associate Director in Civil Engineering; you'll play a vital role in every aspect of business development and civil engineering on Transformational Programmes for critical UK infrastructure with opportunities to work on iconic engineering projects at home and abroad.

We specialise in all aspects of civil engineering, within multiple challenging and engaging sectors such as Aviation, Defence, Energy, Cities & Development, Education, and Water. We continue to provide industry-leading civil engineering solutions throughout the project lifecycle, with added value through client-side support as well as during construction phases. We currently have opportunities in our Epsom, London, Bristol, Exeter, Birmingham, Manchester, Newcastle, and Glasgow offices.

Your Purpose

  • Own and direct teams undertaking technical design work following relevant standards and codes, ensuring high-quality outputs.
  • Define briefs, scopes of work, and contribute to bid proposals.
  • Manage time and budgets effectively to meet project milestones and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with teams in the UK and overseas to deliver integrated design solutions.
  • Set and uphold quality assurance standards in design.
  • Develop and manage civil engineering capabilities within the practice.

What you can bring

  • Chartered Civil Engineer.
  • Experience in leading design delivery, including multidisciplinary projects.
  • Deep knowledge of external works design, utilities, earthworks, access, construction logistics, and familiarity with UK standards and practices.
