Qualifications

• Ingénieur civil agréé avec expérience en gestion de projets multidisciplinaires.
• Connaissance approfondie des conceptions de travaux externes, y compris l'accès et les travaux de terrassement.
• Capacité à diriger des équipes de conception et à assurer la qualité des livrables.

Responsibilities

We specialise in all aspects of civil engineering, within multiple challenging and engaging sectors such as Aviation, Defence, Energy, Cities & Development, Education, and Water. We continue to provide industry-leading civil engineering solutions throughout the project lifecycle, with added value through client-side support as well as during construction phases. Your Purpose

• Own and direct teams undertaking technical design work following relevant standards and codes, ensuring high-quality outputs.
• Define briefs, scopes of work, and contribute to bid proposals.
• Manage time and budgets effectively to meet project milestones and deadlines.
• Collaborate with teams in the UK and overseas to deliver integrated design solutions.
• Set and uphold quality assurance standards in design.
• Develop and manage civil engineering capabilities within the practice.

What you can bring

• Chartered Civil Engineer.
• Experience in leading design delivery, including multidisciplinary projects.
• Deep knowledge of external works design, utilities, earthworks, access, construction logistics, and familiarity with UK standards and practices.
