Bring your skills as an Associate Director in Civil Engineering. You'll play a vital role in business development and civil engineering on transformational programmes for critical UK infrastructure, with opportunities to work on iconic engineering projects at home and abroad.

We specialize in all aspects of civil engineering across sectors such as Defence, Energy, Cities & Development, and Water. We provide industry-leading engineering solutions throughout the project lifecycle, including client-side support and construction phases. We currently have opportunities in our London office.

Your Purpose:

1. Own and direct teams undertaking technical design work following relevant standards and codes, maintaining high-quality outputs.
2. Define briefs, scopes of work, and contribute to bid proposals.
3. Manage time and budgets effectively to meet project milestones and programmes.
4. Collaborate with UK and overseas teams to deliver integrated design solutions.
5. Set quality assurance standards in design.
6. Grow, develop, and manage heavy civil engineering capabilities within the practice.

What you can bring:

1. Chartered Civil Engineer.
2. Experience in delivering multidisciplinary design projects.
3. Knowledge of external works design, including utilities, surfaces, earthworks, access, logistics, and familiarity with UK standards.
