About the Role:

The Associate Director for Campaign Marketing in Global Investors and Private Markets is responsible for designing and executing integrated marketing strategies that engage investors, primarily buy-side asset managers and asset owners. The role involves promoting S&P Global Ratings content and product solutions relevant to Private Markets, including Fund Financing. Reporting to the Head of Global Product, Content, and EMEA Marketing, you will collaborate with various teams to deliver impactful campaigns and ensure consistent messaging across different stakeholder groups.

The Impact:

You will shape and execute marketing initiatives targeting Private capital market participants such as GPs, LPs, banks, law firms, and intermediaries. Your work will influence customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness by providing targeted content, thought leadership, and product information through preferred channels. You will also develop cross-channel segmented campaigns to increase engagement and support new product launches, leveraging emerging marketing technologies.

The Team / The Business:

Join a diverse and collaborative Marketing team with expertise in Product, Campaign, Digital, and Events Marketing. The team fosters an inclusive culture, and you will collaborate with Sales, Product, Market Outreach, Analytical, and Research & Development teams. You will also connect with other campaign and field marketers across S&P Global divisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of Ratings strategy, market landscape, personas, and relevant products.
  • Participate in sales and investor outreach calls to inform marketing strategies.
  • Research audience media consumption habits to guide campaign planning.
  • Align with stakeholders on integrated marketing plans.
  • Create persona-based marketing campaigns using thought leadership and research.
  • Partner with sales to maintain contact lists and support product GTM strategies.
  • Manage campaign execution, including email, web content, and social media.
  • Work with analytics teams to develop reporting and improve campaign performance.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 5-7 years in campaign or field marketing within Capital Markets, with experience in Private Markets and investor engagement preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with marketing automation (Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua), CRM (Salesforce), and project management tools.
  • Ability to analyze market data and customer insights to inform strategies.
  • Proven success in digital and offline media management.
  • Experience managing websites and content.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, work independently, and solve problems effectively.
