Associate Director – Building Surveying Glasgow Private Consultancy Up to £75K (DOE) + Package + Progression

We’re working with a well-established, independently owned building consultancy in Glasgow who are looking to appoint anAssociate Directorto join their growing team.

This is a rare opportunity for a Chartered Building Surveyor to step into a senior leadership role, with a clear pathway to Director-level within a business that genuinely values its people and culture.

The Opportunity

As Associate Director, you'll play a key role in delivering a broad range of building surveying services across both thecommercial and public sectors. You’ll lead projects from inception to completion, support junior team members, and work closely with the Directors to shape business strategy and client delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading and delivering professional and project work across a variety of sectors
  • Managing key client relationships and supporting business development

  • Working on a mix of dilapidations, contract admin, TDD and project management
