Job summary

Global Consultancy in Glasgow is seeking an Associate Building Surveyor to lead project delivery, manage client relationships and mentor junior team members. You will work on contract administration, technical due diligence, condition surveys, refurbishment projects and building pathology.

You will contribute to business development and help grow the Glasgow office, while delivering high-quality consultancy to diverse clients across sectors.

Qualifications

• Degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline.
• MRICS qualification with significant post-qualification experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of professional and project-based surveying services.
• Proven experience managing client relationships and leading projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to mentor and develop junior surveyors.
• Commercial awareness with a proactive approach to winning and delivering work.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery and manage client relationships.
• Develop junior team members and support their progression.
• Deliver contract administration, due diligence, surveys and refurbishment work.
• Provide building pathology insights across projects.
