Location: Manchester city centre, hybrid flexible working (covering North West)
Salary: £55,000-£70,000 (inclusive of car allowance) + competitive bonus + company profit share

The Role
The successful Associate Director (building surveying) will be joining a collaborative national building surveying team (offices nationally). Based out of the Manchester office you will be tasked with servicing clients, predominantly in the North West region with occasional requirements in the North of England and Yorkshire. The team undertakes a mix of project and professional service work for a range of private sector clients, typically in retail, shopping sectors, leisure, hospitality, and commercial offices.
