You will work with directors, mentoring graduates and junior engineers, while overseeing technical excellence on complex UK and overseas projects with values up to £400m.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high calibre UK structures design consultancy is essential with at least 10 years of practical design experience.
• Chartered Engineer status is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level technical services and mentoring to staff.
• Lead business development and win work with clients.
• Prepare feasibility studies and concept/design reports, and perform design calculations (Eurocodes).
• Prepare contract documents and specifications; supervise staff.
• Undertake project management tasks and manage client relationships.
