Job Description:

If you have the desire to open a new office and build a team from scratch, backed by a business with more than 20 years of experience in the Building Services sector, then read on. You will become the head of the new office, and while the early stages will require hard work, this is by no means a standing start.

The business is based in Lancashire, Preston, with another office in Cumbria. They serve clients in Healthcare, Education, Commercial, and Industrial sectors, and are well-positioned on various frameworks for public sector and local authority projects. The company's reputation in Lancashire and Cumbria is strong, and they aim to expand further into the Manchester and Liverpool construction scenes.

You will build on existing client relationships and develop new business opportunities. A good understanding of Mechanical Building Services is essential, with experience in delivering Mechanical and Electrical projects.

Applicants do not need to be an Associate Director already; aspirational Principals or Associates are welcome. You should understand Commercials, Tendering processes, and Resourcing to some extent. Chartership is advantageous or an appetite to work towards it. Occasional travel within the North West for meetings is expected.

The office can be based anywhere in the North West, preferably in Chester, Liverpool, Manchester, or Warrington.

What's in it for you?
  • Salary up to £75,000
  • EV Salary Sacrifice Scheme
  • Standard benefits including Pension and Holidays
  • Opportunity to progress to Director
  • Monthly socials
  • Regular charitable events
