WSP in the UK & Ireland seeks an Associate Director – Asset Management, Electricity Networks to lead asset management and advisory work for transmission and distribution clients.

You will work with network owners and operators to improve performance and asset value, while developing digital solutions and mentoring junior staff across WSP capabilities. This hybrid role offers opportunities to shape services and grow within a global engineering firm.

Formación

• Degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Asset Management or a related discipline.
• Strong experience within electricity transmission and/or distribution, gained within a network owner/operator, consultancy or similar organisation.
• Practical asset management experience across asset strategy, lifecycle planning, health, risk, maintenance or investment planning.
• Understanding of asset data and digital technologies to improve decision making.
• Experience leading projects and collaborating with clients.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and deliver asset management and advisory assignments for transmission and distribution clients.
• Provide advice across asset strategy, asset health, risk and criticality, lifecycle planning, maintenance and investment prioritisation.
• Help clients use asset information, condition and performance data to improve investment and maintenance decisions.
• Support the development of digital and data-led asset management solutions, including analytics and AI.
• Identify opportunities to develop new services addressing ageing assets, resilience and network optimisation.
• Build client relationships and support proposals and business development.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior team members.
• Collaborate across WSP's Energy, T&D, Power Systems and Digital capabilities.
