  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring planning opportunities are identified and pursued where appropriate.
  • Provide appropriate financial planning advice to both internal and external clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with the firm's staff and partners.
  • Participate in executing the firm's business development strategy internally and externally.
  • Contribute to the growth plans of the business.
  • Handle ad hoc client advisory and planning issues as they arise.

Skills, knowledge, and experience

  • Minimum Diploma qualification, ideally Certified Financial Planner and Chartered Financial Planner.
  • Extensive financial planning experience.
  • Proactive management of existing client relationships and development of new ones.
  • Understanding of risk management issues.
  • Ability to contribute to business proposals and identify new business opportunities.
