WPP Media seeks an Associate Director in Analytics Modelling Services to lead econometric and modelling projects across multiple clients within the UK. You will head a team of econometricians, manage client relationships, and drive growth in analytics offerings.

The role sits within the UK Analytics team, in a hybrid office setup, and requires strong MMM expertise, data science skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments to deliver high-impact insights.

Qualifications

• Experience in Market Mix Modelling and related analytics within the media industry.
• Ability to manage senior client relationships and translate business needs into analytics solutions.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a calm under pressure approach.

Responsibilities

• Line-manage a team of 3-6 direct reports with growth and development.
• Deliver significant income with complex analytics projects for multiple clients.
• Be the senior analytics sponsor and main client contact for quality of work.
• Ensure junior team are accurate in data processing and outputs.
• Co-lead commercial excellence and contribute to income growth.
• Collaborate across WPP Media departments to integrate analytics work.
• Support agency leads and senior stakeholders across UK Analytics teams.
