The Role

We are looking for an experienced Industrial agent with a strong transactional track record and a passion for deal-making. As an Associate Director, you will work across UK and European markets, collaborating with institutional investors and technology occupiers. Your primary focus will be on acquiring and disposing of data centres, particularly industrial and logistics sites, with values of up to £250m.

This is a client-facing role, ideal for a self-driven surveyor with a desire to excel in one of the fastest-growing markets across EMEA. You will leverage your extensive network to drive leasing and investment transactions for complex data centre projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with global and European partners to identify, negotiate, and execute transactions for new and existing data centre sites.
2. Advise clients on development and asset management strategies to optimize their portfolios.
3. Deliver compelling presentations and pitches to secure new business opportunities.
4. Achieve fee-earning targets through large-scale leasing and occupier transactions, with a focus on industrial and logistics assets.

About You

We are seeking a motivated professional with:

1. Proven experience in industrial & logistics or data centre occupier leasing.
2. A track record of independently securing and executing transactions.
3. Exceptional client-facing skills and the ability to pitch and win new business.
4. MRICS qualification (desirable but not essential), paired with relevant industry experience.
