As An Associate Director You Will

• Be a member of the Geomatics Leadership team, working collaboratively to set the direction of the Land Referencing team to deliver an excellent innovative service and build strong client relationships.
• Effectively and successfully manage the change and development of the team through careful planning and strategy.
• Report progress against Land Referencing Business Plan goals (People, Service and Sustainable Growth), innovations, Business Development/opportunities, good news stories, lessons learnt and own and escalate risks.

The Successful Candidate Will

• Be a capable leader.
• Be highly driven with strong communication skills.
• Be commercially aware.
• Have great knowledge and experience of DCO and CPO process and the land referencing requirements.
