Your new company

Your new job working as an Associate Director, will be working for an innovative and growing Independent Global Lloyd's Brokers who have been established for over 100 years. With offices based in the UK, USA and worldwide your new Brokers pride themselves on understanding the importance of being client-focused and are growing in all areas and have recently been named an employer of choice. Due to substantial growth within their team, a permanent position for an Associate Director with Commercial Team Leading responsibilities has arisen.

Your new role

Your new role working as an Associate Director means you will be managing a team of Account Handlers and Account Executives with full team leading/management duties. Your role will be to place a mixture of Commercial Combined, Contingency, liability, money, travel, equipment, P.I, management liability, and cyber insurance, for clients within a niche sector. Duties will include liaising with clients and Underwriters, from inception to completion managing VIP client portfolios as well as delivering tailored insurance solutions, placing policies and handling risk management. This role will be a split for both Team Leading as well as Client management.

What you'll need to succeed

Your previous experience working as a Commercial Account Executive, Account Manager or Associate Director handling Commercial Combined business will contribute to your success in securing this role. You must have Team Leading or man managing experience.
