Madisons Recruitment are currently working with a highly successful multi-disciplinary engineering and environmental consultancy located in the Leicestershire area in their search for an Associate Director to join their team on a permanent basis.

Our client deliver services for private and public sector projects across residential, commercial, industrial, retail, leisure, education, and healthcare.

Overview

Role & Responsibilities:

• Leadership and team development
• Business growth and client engagement
• Project and financial management
• Delivery and quality control
• Flexibility and travel – working across the UK, company van is provided

Experience & Attributes:

• Proven leadership experience within surveying with a successful track record of managing and developing teams
• Extensive background knowledge in land surveys, building surveys, engineering surveys and 3D laser scanning
• Previous experience in Total Stations, GNSS survey equipment, AutoCAD, and Land Surveying DTM software
• Membership with ICES and/or RICS (or actively working towards)
• Full clean driving license
