Associate Director - Property Management

Our client, an established and growing Property Management Group, is seeking an Associate Director to join their team in either Aberdeen or Inverness. Reporting to the Head of Property Management, this role involves leading and motivating a team of property managers to deliver exceptional customer service. The package will reflect the importance of this position.

The ideal candidate will have a background in factoring and strong property knowledge. The role is based in either Aberdeen or Inverness, does not involve managing a portfolio, and focuses on enhancing customer experience through team coaching and development.

Key Duties:

1. Advise the Head of Property Management on strategic initiatives.
2. Attend owners' meetings and AGMs with property managers.
3. Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to the property management team.
4. Support recruitment for team members.
5. Develop role profiles in line with HR policies.
6. Create and implement training plans to improve team performance.
7. Facilitate cross-departmental internal communications.

Position Requirements:

1. Experience in property factoring industry.
2. Must reside within commuting distance of Aberdeen or Inverness.
3. Demonstrated leadership potential.
4. Ability to set and manage targets for self and team.
5. Analytical and solution-focused approach to challenges.
6. Knowledge of property management legislative requirements.
7. Commercial awareness with data interpretation skills.
8. Full, clean UK driving license.
