The role will include:

• Taking responsibility for a portfolio of clients ranging from YouTubers to models.
• Providing first-class support to our clients and team, either in person, by email, or by telephone, ensuring all queries are dealt with promptly and professionally.
• Proactively maintaining positive client relationships and seeking to establish new client relationships and business contacts through marketing and networking.
• Planning, controlling, and reviewing assignments to ensure they are accurate, cost-effective, and completed on time.
• Managing and supervising staff training and development, providing regular feedback, and conducting appraisals as needed.
• Proactively suggesting improvements to processes and exploring new opportunities in legislation and technology to the partners.

Our ideal candidate:

• Has a passion for working with new media entrepreneurs and understands the industry and the people behind it.
• Is ACCA or ACA qualified, with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience in practice.
• Is ambitious, curious, and passionate—bringing energy and enthusiasm to their work.
• Is a strong communicator and team player, able to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
• Is highly organized and self-motivated, with a proactive mindset and a keen eye for detail.
