The team is expanding into Europe and is looking for a top-ranked Associate to join and focus on the origination, execution, and asset management of direct equity transactions from the London office.

What the job involves

1. Involvement in the full deal process, from origination through to execution
2. Coordinating external advisors and reporting on due diligence
3. Evaluating and screening investment opportunities
4. Monitoring the existing portfolio and exits

Who we are looking for

1. Experience of working in TMT / digital infrastructure investment banking, corporate finance or consulting
2. First-class academic track record and good financial modelling skills
