Olberding Brand Family in Ashford, Kent is seeking an Associate Designer to support client brands and campaigns onsite. You will assist in design development, learn storytelling, and contribute across several projects while absorbing industry knowledge and brand standards.

The role emphasizes collaboration, curiosity, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced design environment with a focus on quality, confidentiality, and client service.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in graphic design.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign).
• Working knowledge of Adobe XD, After Effects, and/or Premiere is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop design craft and contribute across multiple clients and projects.
• Absorb knowledge, learn storytelling and tactical rationale.
• Proactively share design knowledge, including inspiration, trends, and tools.
