Qualifications

• BSc/BEng in engineering or equivalent experience.
• Chartered Eng status or equivalent.
• Significant experience in building services design and project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Running Major projects and leading project services coordination.
• Oversee cost/fee bid preparation and progress reviews.
• Prepare management and client reports.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Lead engagement with customers, teams and contractors.
