• Strong experience leading on a client with a consultative approach.
• Experience leading and guiding designers/creatives in a client team or department.
• Solid motion design skills with a good sense of timing and composition.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Design Director to develop processes and quality of design.
• Lead, develop, and inspire DEPT’s design teams.
• Initiate team collaboration through social activities.
