Job description

MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Winton, Bournemouth, Dorset to recruit an Associate Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis.

• Available as soon as possible.
• Notice periods taken into consideration.
• Part-time opportunity, 2 days per week.
• Surgery space Friday 8am-5pm and Saturday 9am-1pm.
• Opportunity to start on a locum basis initially if preferred.
• Permanent Associate Dentist role with a 4-month notice period.
• Negotiable UDA target at £14.00 per UDA.
• 50% Private fee split.
• Option to offer Fee Per Item Private and Plan alongside NHS.
• 50/50 split on lab bills.
• Typical earnings of £35,000-£65,000 per year depending on performance levels and Private skillset (based on 2 days per week).
• Dentist will be paid at monthly intervals.
• Modern, advanced 6 surgery practice.
• Team of experience clinicians already in situ.
• Computerised with R4.
• Onsite Intra Oral Cameras and OPG.
