Job summary

MBR Dental are assisting a dental practice in Westbourne, Bournemouth to recruit a part-time Associate Dentist on a permanent basis. The role offers 3 days per week with Tuesday, Friday and Saturday surgery times and a mix of NHS and private work.

You’ll inherit an established patient list and receive in-house support from a marketing team and a treatment co-ordinator. Typical earnings are £40,000–£100,000 depending on days worked, UDA target and private skillset, with earnings paid monthly.

Qualifications

• GDC registration is required to practice as a dentist.
• Active performer number is essential for NHS work.
• Enhanced DBS check is required for safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Join an established mixed NHS & Private practice as a part-time Associate.
• Inherit a stable patient list from the outgoing associate.
• Work 3 days per week with Tue 8:30–17:00, Fri 8:30–16:00, Sat hours to be discussed.
• Benefit from on-site support from hygienist, marketing team and treatment co-ordinator.

MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Westbourne, Bournemouth, Dorset to recruit an Associate Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis.

• Available as soon as possible.
• Notice periods are taken into consideration.
• Part-time opportunity, 3 days per week.
• Surgery space on Tuesdays 8.30am-5pm, Friday 8.30am-4pm plus Saturdays (hours to be discussed)
• Permanent Associate role with a 3-month notice period.
• Mixed NHS & Private role.
• Up to 3000 UDAs available at a negotiable UDA rate.
• Excellent private income potential.
• Dentist will inherit a stable and established patient list from outgoing Associate.
• Performance based reward worth £10,000 payable over 2 years.

• Typical earnings of £40,000-£100,000 depending on the number of days worked, UDA target & Private skillset.
• Dentist will be paid at monthly intervals.
