Private Practice in Southampton

A long-established, high-end private practice in Hythe is searching for another clinician.

Waterside is an independent private practice, catering to an affluent area of Hampshire, within three minutes' walking distance of the local bus station and with parking on site.

The current opportunity is for a clinician to work three days per week, following a two-week on, two-week off pattern.

We have well-established clinicians, one of whom will be winding down in the next 6 months as he begins to split his time between Greece and the UK. This role will synchronize with the Principal dentist, who will work the opposite two-week pattern.

For example, in a four-week cycle:

1. Week A – Principal
2. Week B – Principal
3. Week C – Associate
4. Week D – Associate

This role is ideal for a clinician who splits their time between the UK and abroad.

Waterside has been independently owned in partnership for thirty years and was recently purchased by a new partnership in 2023. They are building a network of partner-led practices, where practices are led by clinicians with a stake in their site, maintaining an owner-operator feel but with greater efficiencies.
