International recruitment specialists, Skills Provision, is searching for Associate Dentists for multiple positions around Scotland, United Kingdom. Title: Associate Dentist

Salary: The pay rate will be dependent on experience, qualifications, and the role.

Working Hours: TBC

The Role:

  • Examine a patient’s teeth and gums, diagnose health issues.
  • Carry out X-Rays.
  • Provide dental treatment and produce health-based plans.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene.
  • Prescribe medication.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Restorative and cosmetic dentistry work may be required.
  • Opportunities for those specialising in a particular field/skill set will be considered.
Requirements
  • Hold a valid dentistry degree.
  • Currently registered or willing to register with the General Dental Council (GDC).
  • Able to work on a full or part-time basis.
  • Professional English language capabilities, oral and written. (For international applicants, the minimum standard is set out by the Home Office).
  • Open to NHS training (if relevant).
  • Develop a good rapport with colleagues and patients.
  • Undergo health checks as per company requirements.

  • EU dental associate with GDC number (Applicants can be from any country provided studies have been within the EU).
  • EU dental associate with no GDC registration (Applicant can be from any country provided studies have been within the EU).
  • Worldwide dental associate with GDC registration who has previously worked in the UK.
  • Worldwide dental associate with GDC requiring VTE mentoring of 1 year.
