* £18+ per UDA

* £500 per month mentoring fee x 2 MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Ryde, Isle of Wight to recruit an Associate Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis.

1. Up to £30,000 joining bonus in 3 tranches (subject to T&Cs)
2. Available from October 2025
3. Full-time opportunity
4. Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
5. Practice is looking for an Associate Dentist who can also mentor
6. Ideally, the dentist will offer additional skills such as Implants and Invisalign
7. Flexible UDA allocation
8. £18+ per UDA depending on experience
9. £500 per mentee per month (mentoring 2 mentees)
10. Working with an extensive patient list
11. Modern, purpose-built practice
12. Equipment includes Computerised (SOE), Digital X-Rays, Rotary Endo, Intra Oral Camera
13. Support from Dental Hygienists
14. Experience in NHS and Private dentistry required
