About the role:

1. Up to £14 per UDA and 50% split on private treatments.
2. Around 1000 UDAs per year.
3. Inheriting patient lists from day 1.
4. High demand for private treatments on-site.
5. Support from trained nurses and therapists.

1. Principal is approachable and works on-site.
2. Facilities include air conditioning and windows for optimal working conditions.
3. Investing in new associates and supporting their interests and skills.
4. All necessary equipment is available; further equipment is being purchased.
5. The principal conducts implant and orthodontic treatments.
6. Close-knit team including practice manager, nurses, associates, therapists, and principal.
