An opportunity for an Associate Dentist (or Locum) has become available at a well-established practice near Rochester, Kent.

This exciting role at an esteemed practice provides a great environment for career growth, with the potential for private work and the opportunity for a fully stable patient list. With advanced equipment and strong marketing support, this role offers the potential for high earnings in a supportive, independent practice.

About the Position:

• £13 per UDA, 1,000 UDAs per working day per annum
• 45% split on private work
• Part-time position - 3-4 days per week
• Locum rate: £400-£450 daily – £15 per UDA on over-achievement
• High demand for composites and smile makeovers, though experience in this is not essential
• High patient-demand and fantastic local reputation – stable diaries and earnings from day one!
• Strong private earning potential, double figures each month! – can demonstrate during interview
• Immediate start available

About the Practice:

• Small Independent practice, with spacious surgeries and a welcoming work environment
• Mix of NHS and Private work – balanced opportunities for both
• £10,000 per month invested in marketing for both NHS and Private treatments
• Hygienist support
• Visiting Endodontist and an in-house Implantologist – shadowing and mentoring opportunities
• Heavily invests in equipment and materials – CT Scanner, Dentally, Itero and Meditch Scanners
• Exceptional Management and Principal within practice
