Base pay range

We are working with a modern, forward-thinking dental practice in Northampton that is seeking an Associate Dentist to join their highly skilled team. This is an exciting opportunity to take over an established and well-maintained patient list with no UDA target and the potential to convert your NHS list to fully private within two years.

Role Details:

Position: Associate Dentist - NHS/Private

Location: Northampton

Start Date: ASAP

Days: Monday to Friday (Part-Time Considered)

Hours: 09:00 - 17:30

Contract Type: Permanent or Locum

Remuneration:

• UDA Rate: £13-£16 per UDA (depending on experience)
• UDA Volume: Unlimited - no target
• Private Split: 50%
• Lab Bill Split: 50%
