A well-established dental practice near Winterton, Lincolnshire is inviting applications for an Associate Dentist.

Step into a fully packed inherited list with substantial private demand and a monthly private earning potential of up to £40,000. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident clinician with experience in Invisalign or implants, looking to work in a refurbished, high-spec clinic with cutting-edge technology and strong clinical mentorship.

About the Position:

• 70% NHS and 30% private role mix
• Small NHS Contract to take on – around 1,000 over 4 days or less
• Will discuss UDA rate
• 50% split on all private treatments
• Inherited list with significant private potential
• £40k private gross monthly (depending on treatments)
• Invisalign and implant experience in strong demand

About the Practice:

• Recently refurbished 3 surgery dental practice
• Fully digital setup with CBCT and iTero scanner
• System For Dentists software in place
• Rotary endo, digital X-rays, and endo motor system
• Experienced mentor available for clinical support
