About the Associate Role:

• £14 per UDA, 1000 UDAs available
• 45% split on private work
• Full or Part Time availability – 2-5 days per week – Monday to Friday
• Fully booked diaries from day one – stable and high-earning income
• High private uptake - exceptional patient demand for private treatments and ethical conversion
• Up to £20,000 NHS Golden Hello available for FT applicants
• CPD and career development opportunities
• High earning opportunity in Cosmetic and Invisalign treatments

About the Practice:

• Mid-sized modern practice, with spacious surgeries and exceptional management support
• Strong day-to-day clinical efficiency and loyal patients – strong oral health
• Windows available in all surgeries
• Fully equipped with Dentally system, Digital X-rays, Rotary endo, and iTero Scanner
• Managed by a dedicated Practice Manager and Pro-active Area Manager who ensures tailored support for clinicians
• Encourages clinical freedom
