Become part of a professional dental team as an Associate Dentist in a bustling town near Brading, Isle of Wight..

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing practice that is expanding due to increased patient demand. With a brand-new surgery being built and an influx of new patients from recently closed practices in the area, this role offers great potential for both NHS and private earnings.

About the Position:

• 3-4 days per week
• 45% revenue split on all work completed
• Ideal for a dentist with implant experience
• Strong patient demand due to practice growth
• Clinical freedom to tailor treatment plans
• Support from an experienced and long-standing team

About the Practice:

• Brand-new surgery being built to accommodate growth
• Equipped with digital X-rays, intraoral scanners, and digital imaging
• Large, modern surgeries with enhanced ventilation (over 10 ACH)
• Rotary endodontics and SOE software in use
• Highly supportive environment with a well-established practice manager
• Opportunity to develop further through training and additional courses
